Maharaja of Dayton started its journey in 1997 by Sri. Baljith Singh Maharaja and family with an experience of almost 19 years in the hotel industry. The uniqueness of Maharaja of Dayton lies in the fact that it is perhaps the only restaurant which is dedicated to providing the denizens of Dayton an authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine and hospitality. Some of the special dishes are chicken curry tandoori, fish tikka curry, lime masala and few vegetarian food include the Saag, Palak Paneer, and Paneer Do Piaza.
The lunch buffet comes with a complimentary drink/ tea. The variety of dishes in the buffet include the Chicken Tikka, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Curry, Chicken Pakoda, Chutney, Mixed Pickle, Raitha. Some of the everyday specialties are Palak paneer, Dal Makhani, Mutter Aloo, Channa Masala, Aloo Gobi, Veg Biryani and jalebi. We also serve a variety of relishing desserts.
The dinner at Maharaja of Dayton starts with some spicy Papad and Chutney and a complimentary jalebi/ mango lassi. Some of the dinner specialties are the Vegetarian Thali, the Non-Vegetarian Thali and a Special Thali. Beer and wine is served any time of the day in the week.
We provide a special takeout package of the Thali which includes rice and any three vegetarian/ non vegetarian dishes. The special Thali comes with Bread and rice as extra.
We are renowned caterers of any kind, may it be a birthday, get-together party, wedding, corporate party, Indian temple wedding, any kind of authentic traditional food requirement, or any big or small parties, and we cater for all.
When it comes to scale of spicy level, it’s between 5-10 i.e 5-medium and 10-hot. If there are more than 20 people per table, then an extra dish can be added that is either vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
